Slop is now Nadella
Let's Santorum Nadella!
Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, recently wrote a blog post about how we should move on from calling low-quality AI-generated content "slop".
It hasn't gone down very well, to say the least.

The failure to read the room in light of the backlash against Copilot features on Windows 11 is quite staggering. Then again, Microsoft's destiny is basically tied to OpenAI at the moment, so the stakes are high and the fiduciary duty to shareholders weighs heavy – like a bomb attached to their necks that will go off once the share price goes below a certain number.
What can we do about it, aside from putting that happy image in your head? The Fediverse has a few ideas:

That's a good start, but Charlie Stross (yes, that one) had a better one:

So let's make it official: slop is now Nadella! Let's get it on the dictionary!
To make this easier, I came up with a quick browser extension that, you guessed it, replaces every mention of "slop" with "Nadella". It hasn't been published to the Chrome Store yet (stuck in review...) but you can install it manually right now:
Go forth and spread the word.
